RAVE'S self defence and abduction prevention strategies teaches kids how to be BRAVE in a time effective 50 minute session.

  • Vocal alerts and self-defence for shopping centre and school yard abductions.
  • ​Age appropriate personal protection strategies.
  • Phoning emergency services.
  • Self-defence and protection designed for fun, fitness and right/ left cortex development (really important for our A.S.D. and special needs kids).
  • RAVES teaches SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE skills that you and your children will not forget when you need them the most.  That's our job.  Safety of our children is paramount.​
BRAVE KIDS BOOTCAMP is a 50  minute session for kids (and open to younger and older siblings).  

For schools and after school care I can also provide a 30 minute 'train the carer' session for carers to understand R.A.V.E.S. teaching methodology, including teaching aids to reinforce RAVES strategies in future sessions.
