This is not the cookie cutter stuff bombarding social media and insta fitters. Erin Cash has over 25 years in the MMA and Strength and Conditioning Industry and over 15 years delivering programs and workshops to conferences, schools, workplaces and fitness industry forums. These sessions combine her special interest in DNA and genetics and the the latest research and strategies for turning us into 12 strand genetic super-humans.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
1 - 3 hour workshop
- Understanding what the nutritional and physical requirements are for adults.
- Demonstrate the importance of physical and mental health to the home and workplace: with special strategies for shift workers
- Consider the myths that have surrounded our fear of food and making good choices.
- Discuss diet concepts: Atkins -No carb, Zone Diets, Meal replacements and Paleo Lifetsyles.
- The development of individual checklists on what foods are right for you.
- Employ money saving strategies to eat well on a budget.
- Develop quick one pot cooking methods and meal ideas.
- The development of individual checklists on what exercise is right for you.
- Practical application of body weight resistance training (no gyms or equipment required).
- Discuss the relevance of supplements and vitamins.
- Develop strategies for healthy routines.
- Recognise the need for quality sleep and how to get it.
- Apply more money saving ideas to home and work that actually make you fitter and healthier.
- Develop strategies to decrease stress and increase mindful (aka less) ness
Session costs and resources
Costs will be dependant on travel times and student numbers. For ongoing program provision custom work-books and online surveys can also be provided to monitor, assess and provide support to clients and their personal nutrition and fitness progress.
Sweat Systems provides: Laptop PowerPoint presentation and learning guides. Food sampling may also be included.
