Hello RAVES participant! You will have received this link because you have booked online for an upcoming RAVES self defence 1.5 hour workshop. Please read below for heaps of useful information to ease on down to the venue for loads of personal protection skills and more fun then you could have imagined.
All about your RAVES Self Defence Booking
Parking: heaps of onsite parking at the rear of the industrial complex on a weekend.
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to register and get comfortable.
What to bring: heaps water and a sense of empowerment
What to wear: loose comfortable clothing and shoes.
Cancellations: We get that life happens, your online booking notification allows you to reschedule your session up to an hour before the session starts!
Fight Fitness: We treat self defence as a completely seperate education to boxing and kickboxing. But you may also be interested in boxing and MMA as part of your regular fitness routine? Casual classes are welcome (and affordable). Our small classes allow for Erin to program for participants experience levels. If you and your peeps book out a session, you get to choose what you do!
