Hello parent of a BRAVE kid/s participant! You will have received this link because you have booked online for an upcoming BRAVE kids self defence session. Please read below for heaps of useful information to ease on down to the venue for loads of personal protection skills and more fun then you could have imagined.
All about your BRAVES Kids Self Defence
Timings: 50 minute session. If your kids are comfortable please feel free to grab a coffee.... they are safe with me.
Parking: There is some onsite parking at the rear of the industrial complex on a weekend. During the week it is still quite busy with trades, so you are welcome to drop your kids at the front of the shed and park on the street.
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early for name tags to be issued and sometimes we get time to do a little face painting or crazy hair.
What to bring: Heaps water and a big voice (we are going to get loud)
What to wear: Loose comfortable clothing and shoes.
Cancellations: We get that life happens, if you can contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled session you can re-book to any of the other sessions on our calendar. Just click the drop down box in the link for dates and email Erin.
Fight Fitness: We treat self defence as a completely seperate education to boxing and kickboxing. But you may also be interested in boxing and MMA as part of your regular fitness routine? Click here for all HIIT and HIRT classes you've been waiting for. Casual classes are welcome (and affordable).
