Please read below for heaps of useful information to ease on down to the venue for loads of personal protection skills and more fun then you could have imagined.
all about your RAVES Self Defence Booking
Parking: heaps of onsite parking at the rear of the industrial complex on a weekend.
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to register and get comfortable.
What to bring: heaps water and a sense of empowerment
What to wear: loose comfortable clothing and shoes.
Cancellations: We get that life happens, if you can contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled session you can re-book to any of the other sessions on our calendar. Just click the drop down box in the link for dates and email Erin.
Fight Fitness: We treat self defence as a completely seperate education to boxing and kickboxing. But you may also be interested in boxing and MMA as part of your regular fitness routine? Click here for all HIIT and HIRT classes you've been waiting for. Casual classes are welcome (and affordable).
